All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. Upon receiving the detailed report on the manuscript evaluation, the editorial team discusses the reports and the Editor makes the final decision. The Editor contacts the author with the decision.
